Its fairly common that most of us have multiple yahoo messenger accounts(multiple IDs) and may use each one of them for different purposes.
Then their are times when you are using one account and you need to login into a different account without leaving the current yahoo account-and doing this is really cumbersome and most of us hate it.

In this post we are going to see how you can login into multiple or more than one yahoo accounts at the same time and that too with only a few clicks.

I have been making use of this trick for a year now and since then i have not using a single external  software’s to use more than one yahoo messenger account simultaneously.
And this hack/trick works fine with to date all the versions of yahoo messenger.

How to login into multiple yahoo messenger/mail accounts?

1-Login into one of your yahoo messenger accounts.
2-Press Start+R and the run window will open.
3-In the window write “regedit” and hit enter.
4-Now you will see your Registry editor-Search for HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\yahoo\pager\test
5-Make a right click on the “test” word and choose “new DWORD”

6-Rename it as plural and give it a decimal value of 1
7-That’s it-now you can close your registry editor window.

OR
-Open a blank text document
-Copy and paste


REGEDIT4
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\yahoo\pager\Test]
"Plural"=dword:00000001


-Save the text document and save the file name with the extension *.reg .   Like- Multi.reg
-Double click and enjoy multi yahoo(Now you can login more than one ID at a the same time).

Now to check if your all new  hack is working or not click on the messenger shortcut on your desktop or start it from the start menu.
You will see that a fresh new  messenger window asking you to login into your account has opened.
Now login to a different yahoo messenger account using the same window to further make sure that your hack is working.
The best part of this hack is that you do not need to download any software to use multiple yahoo accounts at the same time and this hack has till date has no yahoo messenger limitations.

Bonus-You don’t need to make this change every time install a new version of yahoo messenger or re-install your operating system-All you have to do is save the registry changes that you made in the  messenger’s registry .
To do so right click on the file that we changed above and click on “import”. Now save the file with any name you wish to(preferably something that you can recall).
And whenever you re-install yahoo messenger or make a fresh installation of your operating system,simply double click on the file that you saved and the work is done.
