First of all we need to make a back up so that you don’t lose any data while  you kick that virus out of your pc
Go to run menu(by pressing start+r)
Type msconfig in it and hit enter
Now click on the Tools tab and come to the last option i.e system restore and launch it
Now click on the create a nrew restore point radio button and hit next
Give todays date to it and hit next and then on the next page click home followed by cancel.

Now again a very good precaution-Backup our registry
Go to run type regedit
From the menu tb above click file and select export
Enter todays date in the box and choose a external hard drive or a disc-although a virus amy infect this drive as well but we will talk about it in the next tutorial.

Lets now save preserve our critical data-such as your family pictures, your favoutrite videos etc

Go to my computer
Open your c:/ drive and go to users
Save all the file that you want to preserve while your pc is under a virus attack
You could also save file from any other folder as well
But remember to save all of them in a external drive and check the space that your documents require in order to be stored in your external drive
