How To Set up And Customize blogspot blog(tutorial)
In the last tutorial we talked about how to set up a blogspot blog and in this tutorial we are going to move ahead and talk about how to customize your blogspot blog using blogger features and also how to use zemanta which is a free software to add images directly from the blogger interface and will see some of its cool features as well.
Now you have a blogger account and a blog.
When you open your blogspot blogs dashboard you’ll four big tabs:-
1-posting
2-settings
3-Layout
4-Monetization
Now we will talk about each one of them in detail.
1-posting
Under this tab you’ll see three opttions
-New post
-Edit post
-Comment moderation

Each one of them what it indicates,but few points that I would like to highlight here are;-
Under new posts and at the bottom of the post box their is a small button-post options.
Click on this button and you can change the date of oyur posts publishing.This is helpful when you want a particular post to be displayed on your homepage.
Now if you are using firefox then you click on the tools and click on add ons
Search for Zemanta and install it.
Zemanta gives you the option to add images directly from flickr and also suggests proper keywords and wikipedia links for your every post.
2-Under settings remember to configure the comment section .
3-Then under the layout section you will see some good options using which you can customize your blog.

4-Now under Monetize options you currently don’t have to do anything if you do not have Google adsense account,but for your happiness this is the part of your blog that gives you entry to the money world.
Make some good posts in your blog and then apply for Adsense.
